Girl's Hoops runs it to 4-0

The Lancer girls ran their record to 4-0 with a convincing 57-49 win over Martin Luther Tuesday night. Erin Higgins led the way with 32 points, but it was a game where everyone did their share. 11 players saw action for the Lancers. Brittany Karno added 7 points while Sam Kuffel and Rae Moe added 6 each. Katie Burke had 5 points and 6 rebounds in the post. More importantly everyone contributed with their all out hustle not just in the game but also during the week in practice

Wrestling 12/8/08

The wrestlers made it two in a row on the young season with a big win over North Chicago. Leading the way for the Lancers were Jared Francois, Daemon Monson, and Zack Fisher with first period pins. The team takes on a big field at the St. John's tournement in Delefield this weekend.

Girls Hoops

The girls are off to a 2-0 stat on the season with a 41-32 win over Lakes High School. Erin Higgins led the way with 24 points. Katie Burke added 8 points and 8 rebounds for the Lancers. The girls return to the court at The Hope School on Saturday. JV tipoff is 5:45 followed by Varsity at 7:30. The girls home opener is Tuesday night against Martin Luther.

Wrestling Starts Big

The grapplers took to the mat for the first time last night and came away with a 42-36 win over Martin Luther. Winning for St Joe's were 103 Nick Bolander, 125 Daemon Monson, 130 Zack Fisher, 135 Sean Galagher, 140 Danny Jadrich and 145 Spencer Lemons. Alex Raynard and Jared Francois won by forfit. The Lancers return to the mat Monday, at home against North Chicago. The bell tolls at 7:00pm.
